The Elaine Evans Archaeology Gallery Opens!

On the 26th January 2019, a new gallery at Brighton Museum opened, the Elaine Evans Archaeology Gallery.

For the past 18 months, we have been working on a series of high resolution still shots and animated reconstructions across multiple periods (Ice Age, Neolithic, Bronze Age, Roman, Iron Age & Saxon) that feature at the heart of the exhibition. Some of the highlights include Woolly Mammoth & Rhino reconstructions, multiple large landscape CGI shots and huge 10k+ resolution renders that have been installed in the space.

In the coming weeks the images and breakdowns from these models will be explored, but please do visit if you happen to be in or around the Brighton area. Below we will leave you with a few taster images from our time working on the Ice Age section of the gallery…
